The house

Silvanae Pool Villa is a detached villa in Aci Trezza, three minutes’ walk from the sea, with a private pool open all year, three thousand square metres of garden and a view of the faraglioni. It is made for groups and families who want space and privacy and nobody to share them with: up to nine guests, four bedrooms, four bathrooms.

Inside

You come into a large, light living room with French windows looking out to the sea, a fireplace and a 65-inch TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a long worktop; beside it, the dining area looks onto the garden.

The four bedrooms are spread over several levels:

• Bedroom 1 — double bed and private bathroom with bath and shower
• Bedroom 2 — double bed
• Bedroom 3 — double bed
• Bedroom 4 — three-quarter bed

There are four bathrooms in all.

Pool and garden

The private pool sits at the heart of the garden, lined with sun loungers and parasols, and is open all year round. Around it are three thousand square metres of palms and flowering hedges, the patio with its fire pit, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue for summer evenings. The terrace over the sea is where the day ends.

Location

Three minutes’ walk from the sea on the Riviera dei Ciclopi, and a convenient base for Etna, Catania and Taormina.
